I never thought to seek help from an energy healer. I honestly didn’t know what that meant but there was something I can feel inside of me that didn’t totally make sense and I had tried so many ways to get rid of this weight on my shoulders and other symptoms that kept me feeling depleted, fatigued, and unhappy.

One of my good friends recommended Rosalyn when I spoke to her after a traumatic experience. At first I was hesitant, but I had seen a noticable shift in my friend and thought, “I’ve tried everything else. Let me at least speak to her and see what she says.”

With Rosalyn I felt heard, seen, comforted, and empowered. My first one-on-one coaching session with her was intense and transformational. I felt comfort learning that I wasn’t making things up about things I could feel and emotions that sometimes didn’t make total sense. I just didn’t know what to call it. 

Rosalyn opened me up to see life through the perspective of energy - I love it! It’s been there all along, I just didn’t know how to be an active participant. This helps me manage my energy more wisely and helps me to be more compassionate with people based on how they show up with their energy.

One of my favorite parts of working with Rosalyn is joining her group classes. Not only do you learn great information on how to apply her teachings yourself but we participate in group clearings where you give and receive support from your peers to clear out energy that no longer serves you. It’s always wonderful to hear how everyone experienced the same clearing differently and that’s ok because everything is unique to me and what I need.

Rosalyn always blows my mind. We are about 2,000 miles away but when she tunes in to me she just know what to say without me having to say anything. She’s the real deal!! It’s amazing and sometimes scary knowing she can see right through me lol Like, if you’re not putting in the work during the group clearings she knows! You can’t hide anything from her.

I can’t recommend Rosalyn enough! Since I’ve been doing the work I feel lighter, more joyful, my mind is more clear, I feel grounded, and I feel empowered. No longer am I an innocent bystandard suseptible to other people's energies, specially the negative type that just make me feel gross inside. 

 I still have to do all the other work - exercise my physical body, eat nutrisious meals, feed my mind positive knowledge - and now I have another tool to care for my spirit to mindfully process energies all around me, many of which I cannot see. For this gift I am grateful.

I started working with Rosalyn in November 2020. I decided to try energy healing sessions with her because I had severe anxiety, depression, memory issues, physical pain mostly on the left side of my body, and mood swings for several years. I could barely function from my mental health. It was affecting my 11 year old and 3 year old daughter (at the time), my business, not to mention the toll it was taking on my marriage. I couldn’t stand to be around myself. Once I realized I was trying to figure out how to escape myself, I only could come up with suicide. I was in a very bad place mentally and needed help.. not a “bandaid”, which is what my doctor has provided in the past thru medicine, but I wanted to get to the root of the issue. After my first session with Rosalyn, I was floored with the results. For the first time in years, I had a bit of mental clarity. I realized I was an empath and some of my issues were not even mine, and I have had a massive amount of unheard trauma in my life which is what was causing most of my mental issues. Much of my physical pain was caused by energetic issues. In one energy clearing, Rosalyn located a particular generational energy and assisted in helping me clear that energy. 2-3 days after that session, my shoulder pain that I’ve had for 3 years almost completely went away and has been gone ever since. That same session, my knee pain that I’ve had since I was a teenager reduced substantially. I have also suffered from disabling migraines for years and since seeing Rosalyn, I have had 2 small migraines. I no longer suffer from depression, mood swings, and very very minimal anxiety which I’m currently working on. My family and friends have noticed the changes I’ve made since I’ve been seeing Rosalyn and we can’t thank her enough for helping me on my healing journey. I have bimonthly private energy healing sessions with Rosalyn and can proudly say I FINALLY love, respect, and enjoy being ME - which is something I haven’t been able to say my whole life. My 13 year old daughter has been seeing Rosalyn bi-monthly for a little over a year to help her with teenager experiences and living with a blended family.
